We’re excited to announce Fleet Card’s new integration with Xero, making accounting even faster and simpler for your business.
Here at Business Fuel Cards Fleet Card, we’re always looking for ways to make it easier to keep track of your Fleet Card transactions, and your fleet costs. That’s why we have partnered with online accounting platform Xero.
Together, we have built a new integration that allows you to securely sync your Fleet Card account with your Xero account. When your Fleet Card and Xero accounts are connected, your Fleet Card invoices automatically feed directly into Xero, where you can see your transactions and map them to your expense account with ease, keeping your accounting up to date.
You can choose which expense account to connect, and how your invoices will display in Xero, either with individual transactions or a simple summary. Connecting your Fleet Card account to Xero is simple and completely free. All you need to do is follow our quick guide to connect Fleet Card to Xero – it only takes a minute.
Once the integration is complete, your future Fleet Card invoice will automatically sync to your Xero account and map to your chosen expense account.

Note: Xero integration is only possible with single Fleet Card accounts. This feature is not applicable to large enterprise customers who have multiple accounts.
