new Fleet Card from 1 July 2023 to access the following benefits:

- Nationwide acceptance: In addition to EG Ampol you can now use your Fleet Card at over 90% of fuel sites across Australia.
- Earn and redeem Everyday Rewards: Continue to redeem your Woolworths Everyday Rewards fuel discount voucher in conjunction with your Fleet Card at EG Ampol and receive an additional 4cpl discount.
- Save time: Like the EG Fuel Card customer portal, Fleet Card Online makes it easy to manage your fuel card account, monitor fleet spending, and simplify your accounting.

What are my new fees?
Your existing card fees on EG Fuel Card will remain the same on your new Fleet Card cards. You can see a full schedule of fees on our website.
What discount will I receive?
Any existing discounts your business receives on your EG Fuel Card will apply to your new Fleet Card cards.
When will I receive my new Fleet Card?
You will receive your Fleet Card cards during June 2023, ready to use from 1 July 2023.
When can I start using my Fleet Card?
You can use your new Fleet Card cards from 1 July 2023.
When will my EG Card no longer be able to be used?
You will no longer be able to use your EG Fuel Card on and from 15 August 2023.
I currently have a bond on my EG Fuel Card account will these funds be returned to me?
Any EG Fuel Card bond will be transferred to Business Fuel Cards for your new Fuel Card cards, and if you are impacted by this, you will receive additional communication on this in June 2023.
Who will my invoice be from?
Your Fleet Card invoice will be from Business Fuel Cards.
Can I still use my Woolworths Everyday Rewards fuel discount voucher at EG Ampol?
Yes, you can still use a valid Everyday Rewards fuel discount voucher at EG Ampol with
your new Fleet Card. You can save an additional 4¢ per litre on fuel when you spend at least $30 in one transaction at a participating Woolworths supermarket or Woolworths Metro.
Can I have a PIN on my new Fleet Card?
Yes, you can choose to set up a PIN on your Fleet Card for use only at Shell-branded fuel sites at the moment. PINS will be expanded for use across other locations by the end of 2023, this will includes EG Ampol locations.
Will I have access to a self-serve portal?
Yes, you will have access to Fleet Card Online to manage your fuel card account. You will receive details of Fleet Card Online with your new Fleet Card cards.
